We're so excited to welcome your child to another fantastic holiday of fun, adventure and making memories! To help your first day run as smoothly as possible, please take a few minutes to read through the important information below.

☎️ Please call the relevant camp phone if you need to:

✅ Inform us of a late drop-off.
✅ Arrange an early collection.
✅ Let us know your child will not be attending camp that day.
✅ Speak to the Site Manager during camp hours.
✅ Pass on any important information regarding your child.

These phones are monitored throughout the camp day by our Site Management Team.

⏰ Morning Drop-Off

🚪 For the safety and security of all children attending camp, our gates and doors are locked promptly at 9:30am.

If you know you are going to be late, please give your camp a call as soon as possible so the team knows you're on your way. Once the day has started, staff have a routine of tasks and responsibilities to carry out which means they might be delayed in answering any later arrivals. Persistent late attendees without reason or cause may have their booking cancelled as a result.

🍎 Food & Drink

🥪 We do not provide lunch at camp.

Please ensure your child arrives with:

🥪 A packed lunch
🍎 Plenty of snacks
💧 A refillable water bottle

Fresh drinking water is available throughout the day, and children are encouraged to refill their bottles whenever needed.

☀️ Being Weather Prepared

The British weather can change quickly! 🌦️

Please check the forecast before attending camp.

On sunny days, please remember to:

🌞 Apply sun cream before arriving at camp.
🧴 Pack additional sun cream so it can be reapplied during the day.
🧢 Send your child with a sun hat where possible.
💧 Bring a refillable water bottle.
👕 Bring spare clothes for any water based activities and a towel

On wetter days, suitable outdoor clothing and footwear are recommended.

🍬 Tuck Shop

Our tuck shop is open at selected times throughout the day.

Children can purchase a selection of snacks and drinks.

💰 We recommend bringing no more than £2 per day.

👕 Change of Clothes

Many of our activities involve water, outdoor play, sports and messy fun! 💦🌳🎨

Although we do our best to keep everyone clean, children may get wet, muddy or messy during the day.

We strongly recommend packing the following it's always better to have them and not need them! 😊:

👕 A full change of clothes
🧦 Spare socks
🩳 Spare underwear
🛁 A towel

⚽ Activities May Change

We always aim to deliver our exciting programme of activities. However, due to the unpredictable nature of the UK weather or other unforeseen circumstances, some activities may need to change.

Any changes are made to ensure every child remains:

😁 Happy
🎉 Having as much fun as possible!

⏰ Early Drop-Off

Unfortunately, we cannot accept children before their officially booked drop-off time.

If you arrive early, children must remain with their accompanying adult until their allocated session begins.

This helps us maintain safe staffing ratios and ensures all children are correctly registered.

🚗 Late Pick-Up

Please collect your child promptly at their booked collection time.

Children collected more than 10 minutes after their booked finish time will incur a late collection fee of £5 for every 30 minutes (or part thereof).

If you know you may be delayed:

📞 Please contact your camp phone as soon as possible.

Where possible, we recommend booking our Late Pick-Up Session in advance if you think you'll need additional time.

💊 Medication

If your child requires medication during the camp day (including inhalers or EpiPens), please hand it directly to a member of staff at drop-off.

📝 Please ensure all required medication consent forms have been completed.

For safeguarding reasons, staff cannot administer medication without the appropriate permissions.

👟 What Should My Child Wear?

Please dress children in comfortable clothing suitable for:

⚽ Sports
🏃 Running
🌳 Outdoor play
🎨 Creative activities

We recommend:

👟 Trainers
🧢 A hat during warm weather
🧥 Waterproofs if rain is forecast

Please avoid expensive clothing or valuable jewellery to avoid any upset children at the end of a long day. We also ask that no personal toys are brought onto camp to avoid them going missing.

🧸 Lost Property

Please label all belongings wherever possible. We have systems in place to try and limit the amount of lost property being left, but names on items helps speed up the process.
